Part-management means you have a Care Manager who sets up all of the care and support services you need for you. They listen to your needs and find the perfect suppliers to deliver your services. Once all your services are set up, you take on the ongoing coordination of your care team.
This is a great option for someone who doesn’t want the fuss of setting up their services, but still wants a bit more control and choice of their ongoing schedule.
It is still a relatively new offering that basically combines the choice and control of self-management with the set-up and support of full management.
