Andrew Mann is a Director of the myHomecare Group. Andrew has over 25 yrs experienced in the homecare industry having built and grown the highly respected Sue Mann Group in partnership with Sue Mann who established it in 1984. Sue Mann Nursing and Community was a leading home care provider focussed on supporting older Australians living in the Central Coast and Hunter regions in NSW. In 2017, the Mann Family partnered with Quadrant Private Equity (QPE) to build the leading national provider of home care in Australia by building on the successful Sue Mann DNA including the operating model, people, processes, and systems by launching the Myhomecare Group in 2019.

Additional business interests include Property Development incorporating Seniors Living (Retirement Villages and MHE), Affordable Housing, Industrial and Agriculture and family Private Ancillary Fund (PAF).
