Susan (Sue) Mann is a Director of the myHomecare Group. Sue has over 50 yrs experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) having trained at Gosford Hospital and over 35 yrs experience in the homecare industry having founded the highly respected Sue Mann Group in 1984. Sue Mann Nursing and Community (SMNCC) was a leading home care provider focussed on supporting older Australians living in the Central Coast and Hunter regions in NSW.

In 2017, the Mann Family partnered with Quadrant Private Equity (QPE) to build the leading national provider of home care in Australia by building on the successful Sue Mann DNA including the operating model, people, processes, and systems by launching the Myhomecare Group in 2019.

Additional Directorships include Principle Living incorporating Seniors Living (Retirement Villages and MHE) and a family Private Ancillary Fund (PAF).
